Structural experts are also accessible to provide fast assistance if a mechanical breakdown happens. Furthermore, we keep a sufficient stock of spares on hand, which we can supply even on short notice.

Our service department is linked to a dedicated CUSTOMER CARE line, which is linked to the Complaint Registration Software, ensuring that consumers register their issues and get them resolved as soon as possible. We have an adequate supply of standard test weights for field calibration of weighbridges/truck scales. Every field engineer is equipped with high precision test equipment to quickly identify and resolve problems.
